What to Bring
What Items Can I bring?
Please limit yourself to one or two large suitcase(s) and one carry-on bag of clothing. Laundry facilities, detergent, iron and ironing board are provided at no cost. All luggage/bags will be searched by staff upon arrival at the facility.
- Identification and insurance card
- Luggage – (Enough comfortable wash and wear clothing for 5-7 days.) Please limit yourself to one or two large suitcase(s) and one carry-on bag of clothing. Laundry facilities, detergent, iron and ironing board are provided at no cost. All luggage/bags will be searched by staff upon arrival at the facility.
- One or two (dressy) items for outings.
- We supply paper face masks, bring your own if preferred.
- Medications in original bottle
- Backpack, water bottle, journal, pens, highlighters etc.
- Exercise clothing, including exercise shoes and gym towel
- Laptop or IPAD if desired along with charging cords
- Appropriate sleepwear
- Comfortable shoes. You may want to include sandal types for summer or warm slippers for winter
- Headphones for your music device or phone
- Tobacco Use Smoking and chewing tobacco are only allowed in designated areas. Cigarettes and chewing tobacco must arrive in the original sealed container. Electronic or E-cigarettes are allowed.
- Sweaters/jackets for Fall-Spring or light jacket/sweatshirt for summer.
- Summer wear: beach clothes and beach towel, swim trunks and sunglasses, walking shorts, T-shirts, hat, sunscreen SPF 15 or higher. (Clothing must cover mid-section/stomach completely and have an appropriate neckline for female residents).
- Toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, hair products, deodorant, hair dryer, LIQUID body wash, lotion, shaving supplies. (NO PRODUCTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL WILL BE ALLOWED-Please note this for mouthwash).
- Bedding & Towels Pillows, sheets, a comforter and a towel will be provided. You can you choose to bring your own items for comfort reasons.
Do Not Bring
- No exercise equipment (we provide gym memberships).
- No products contain alcohol (please check your mouthwash before packing).
- No expensive jewelry or excessive cash.
- No tanning oils, other self-tanning products, hair dye or bleaching products.
