Family-Founded & Mission-Driven
In 1999, Saralyn Cohen was faced with a choice. As she watched her own family members continue to struggle with mental health and substance use disorders, despite previous attempts to overcome them, she knew there had to be another way—a better way.
She could continue to watch from the sidelines or commit to being part of a revolutionary change so needed in this industry. Saralyn set out to create a new, reenvisioned mental health and substance abuse treatment program. One that provides a cost-effective solution for the highest quality care that is in-network with insurance carriers to make recovery more accessible to those who need it most.
With an emphasis on restoring lives, rebuilding families, and improving communities, Able To Change Recovery is a beacon of hope and healing in the Southern California region. Our program maintains a standard of excellence with integrity, dignity, and premium care. Saralyn’s philosophy is that a person in recovery can live a worthwhile life. And that life starts here at Able To Change Recovery.
