Peter Gallette, Facilities Manager

Peter is responsible for ensuring that clients can engage in services at Able to Change Recovery in well maintained facilities. He is passionate about helping clients make progress in their lives and recovery.

Jeremy Floyd, Operations Manager

Jeremy believes in the need to educate others that addiction is a chronic and persistent disease. It’s his goal to help others understand and recognize the benefits and positive outcomes of long-term treatment. His hope is to support afflicted individuals and families on a path of sustainable recovery that leads to a high quality of life.

Carson Gallette​, Accounts Payable

Cayson has a background as an emergency medical technician and communicates regularly with clients and families. He believes in the
importance of providing treatment for individuals struggling with mental health and substance use issues. Cayson believes in treating clients with dignity and respect.

Taylor Harvey​, Outreach Coordinator

Taylor Harvey is a dedicated and compassionate Outreach Coordinator with a strong background in substance abuse and mental health services. With a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face in their journey towards recovery, Taylor is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

As an Outreach Coordinator at a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Taylor plays a pivotal role in connecting individuals to the vital resources and support they need. She believes in the power of early intervention and strives to reach out to individuals and their families, providing them with information and guidance during their time of need.

Olivia Aldaz​, RADT

Olivia works closely with clients and the administrative team both upon intake and throughout their stay in treatment as well working with the
family to coordinate the best care possible. She assists with client assessments and intakes as well as other various administrative tasks at
Able to Change Recovery. As an alumni client from the program, she knows the in’s and out’s of daily client life. She is able to use that
knowledge to guide and direct as needed. Olivia’s passions are helping others in recovery and working to have all clients feel welcomed, insuring that the client feel safe and accepted
