Last Updated: June 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at able2changerecovery.com and any related subdomains, pages, forms, or digital properties (collectively, the “Site”) operated by Able to Change Recovery Inc. (“Able To Change Recovery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. No Medical Advice; No Provider-Patient Relationship
The content on this Site, including blog posts, program descriptions, condition overviews, recovery resources, staff bios, and any other materials, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or care from a qualified, licensed healthcare professional.
Use of this Site does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, counselor-client, or any other professional treatment relationship between you and Able To Change Recovery. A treatment relationship is established only after intake, admission, and the execution of applicable consents and treatment agreements at our licensed facility.
If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
3. Eligibility

For help, reply HELP to any text message from us, or contact us at (866) 225-3260 or info@able2changerecovery.com.
4.7 No Sharing of Mobile Information with Third Parties for Marketing
No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent data collected through this Site will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide may be shared only with subcontractors and business associates supporting our operations (for example, our communications platform, CRM, or admissions software) under written agreements that restrict their use of that information, and only as necessary to respond to your inquiry or provide services. All other categories of data sharing remain governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable healthcare privacy law (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2).
4.8 Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the effective transmission of your mobile carrier and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, audio, program names, treatment frameworks, and the overall look and feel, is the property of Able to Change Recovery Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Submissions
If you submit any content to the Site, including form submissions, testimonials, reviews, comments, or other materials (collectively, “Submissions”), you grant Able To Change Recovery a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our operations, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable confidentiality laws.
You represent that any Submission is your own original work, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and does not contain another person’s PHI without authority. Do not send us confidential or proprietary information through any unsecured form or email.
8. Third-Party Links and Resources
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including news outlets, government agencies, peer-reviewed journals, insurance carriers, and partner organizations. These links are provided for convenience and reference only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms.
9. Insurance Verification Disclosures
Any insurance verification provided through the Site is preliminary and informational. It reflects information communicated to us by your insurance carrier at a single point in time and is not a guarantee of payment, coverage, medical necessity determination, or admission. Final benefit determinations are made by your carrier under the terms of your plan.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABLE TO CHANGE RECOVERY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not warrant that the Site will be secure, free of viruses, or continuously available, or that any information on the Site is current, complete, or accurate. No representation is made about treatment outcomes. Recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions is individual, and outcomes vary based on factors outside our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABLE TO CHANGE RECOVERY, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CLINICIANS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.
In no event shall our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for clinical care provided to admitted patients under separate treatment agreements, fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Able To Change Recovery and its owners, officers, employees, clinicians, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
Send notices to info@able2changerecovery.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice.”
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. Sections 2, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 15, and 16 survive termination.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
