Meet Primary Therapist, TJ Reynoso
TJ is an Orange County native who earned a BA in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and an MA in Professional Clinical Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Global. Grounded in values-based living, TJ’s therapeutic approach supports clients in navigating life’s beauty and difficulty with presence, awareness, and acceptance. Whether exploring past experiences, addressing current challenges, or working toward greater lucidity and confidence, the process remains collaborative and centered on meaningful, values-aligned progress.
TJ emphasizes helping individuals step out of unhelpful thought patterns, make space for discomfort, and move toward a purposeful and fulfilling life. His work is further informed by principles from performance and positive psychology, supporting clients in building lives aligned with meaning and intention. He views wellness through a holistic lens, integrating mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual health. As a hybrid athlete competing in HYROX and triathlon events, as well as a youth triathlon coach, TJ reinforces self-acceptance, growth mindset, commitment, resilience, and personal agency.
